Property Rights are guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and every state constitution. Securing and protecting those rights, falls into the hands of the court systems. From time to time, the system may fail. To condone this behavior, breeds corruption. |

Judges holding positions of power and attorneys working in positions of trust, must adhere to these standards and principles. Failure to do so, can only result in the collapse of our judicial system. It has been reported that approximately 94% of the businesses in Mexico are illegal. Experts state the reason is because the government does not protect individual property rights, making the risk too high for legitimate businesses to operate. The Commonwealth of Kentucky is no different. |

As a U.S. Marine in the 1960's, I swore an oath to defend and support the Constitution of the United States. I have not retracted my oath. This effort is consistent with, and for the same reasons, sacrifices are being made for us today, by the men and women in uniform. Among us are men that do not understand the importance of the basic Christian principles this country was founded on, and instead, seek to destroy this form of government. They cannot be allowed to succeed. Our job is to pray for our enemies, ask for His Guidance, and Fight the Good Fight. It is my prayer all those that conspire to destroy our Christian way of life, will come to know the Love of Jesus Christ and the Power of Almighty God, and will find the high road. Only then can honor and integrity be restored. |
